Tan-Tar-A Estates Assessment Review Committee As advisory committee to the Trustees of Tan-Tar-A Estates, the Assessment Review Committee considers and provides comments on the yearly assessment budget for Tan-Tar-A Estates. This committee is comprised of five homeowners that are elected to rotating terms by their fellow homeowners. The current members are: Dale Lewis (Chairperson), John Seacrest, Jr., Dan Furay, Fred Sherman and Bruce Megenhardt.
